Exchange Policy

At ARTHEM, every piece is hand-painted and created with intention. For this reason, we do not offer refunds. We are happy to offer exchanges under the conditions below.

Exchanges

  • Exchanges are accepted within 14 days of delivery.

  • Items must be returned unused, unwashed, and in original condition, with all tags attached.

  • Items showing signs of wear, damage, or alteration are not eligible for exchange.

Exchange Options

  • Exchanges may be made for another item of equal value.

  • If the new item has a higher value, the price difference must be paid.

  • If the new item has a lower value, store credit will be issued for the difference.

Exchange Process

  • To request an exchange, please contact support@arthem.com with your order number.

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrives damaged or incorrect.

ARTHEM reserves the right to refuse exchanges that do not meet these conditions.
